Meet Ester de Roij @esterderoij

Based out of Bristol, Ester has experience both on the production side and behind the camera which have strengthened her skill to shoot sequences. Specialities include reading animal behaviour (especially brown bears) and being multilingual (including Japanese). She has worked for the BBC, Apple, and Netflix on various wildlife documentaries and still honing her kit specialism (although leaning heavily towards long lens with gimbal work). Her current series is under NDA but here's a photo of her shooting for it on location.

Key skills:
Long lens using a CN20, gimbals and timelapse, GVC drone license, camera traps. Recently trained in the shotover stabilised system, as well as remote medical, IRATA level-1 trained and off-road trained.
